Our Framework Agreements
The work we undertake with our long-term strategic partners, local supply partners and regional government procurement agencies all results in us achieving the best value for our clients.
We are currently included in 12 Framework Agreements and work with over 50 individual Housing Associations. These are worth a total collective value of £1.3 billion during their lifetime.
1. Synergy Housing Solutions Ltd
This includes a consortium of eight Housing Associations developing throughout Yorkshire and the East Ridings. These include:
- Chevin

- Pennine Housing 2000
- Sadeh Lok
- Wakefield and District Housing
- West Yorkshire
2. In Business for Yorkshire
This coalition of Yorkshire Housing and South Yorkshire Housing Association develops throughout the whole of Yorkshire and Humberside.
3. Bloc Partnership
The Bloc Partnership comprises 15 developer Housing Associations, primarily operational in the North West and also in South Yorkshire. These include:

5. Places for People
Southdale were selected as one of Places for Peoples Framework Contractors for the Yorkshire Region in June 2006.
6. Jephson Homes Housing Association
Southdale were selected as the sole Framework Contractor partner for the Northern region in May 2006.
7. Spirit Partnership
Spirit Partnership is a partnership of seven Housing Associations developing throughout the North East. The Associations include:
- Broadacres
- Coast and Country Housing Limited
- Fabrick Housing Group (Tees Valley Housing Group & Erimus Housing)
- Housing Hartlepool
- Three Rivers Housing Group
- Two Castles Housing Association
8. Home Housing
This Framework Agreement is for 4 years and geographically covers Yorkshire and Humberside and the East Midlands. The value of this agreement totals £50 million
9. Sanctuary Housing
This Framework Agreement is for four years and geographically covers Yorkshire and Humberside and the East Midlands. The value of this agreement totals £60 million.
10. Firebird
This is a consortia of three local housing associations comprising:
- Accent Group
- Leeds Federated
- Unity
11. Quantum
The Quantum consortium includes:
- Derwent Living
- East MidlandsHousing Association
- Futures Housing Group
12. In Communities
Previously Bradford Council’s housing stock, we have been chosen as a framework constructor to develop on a large residential estate in Bradford.
To qualify for inclusion in our framework agreements, we must:
- Demonstrate value for money
- Meet rigorous pre-qualification requirements covering financial stability, health & safety and good employment practice
- Be committed, consistent, reliable and provide outstanding customer service
- Make the most of opportunities for local involvement, local employment and training
- Commit to sustainability, ethical sourcing and reducing our environmental impact
- Be committed to continuous improvement, increasing efficiency, reducing waste and making the workplace a safe environment
- Work to a culture of trust and transparency.
