We are able to buy land on behalf of our clients, or source land and work collaboratively with our partners to develop a feasible, workable housing development. This helps to maximise the potential of the land and makes the most of the development opportunity.
It’s our policy to provide full details of build costs and potential revenues, and set targets that are achievable in the current market, gaining the necessary planning consent to support each proposal. We are confident in our ability and as such we will undertake this particular work upfront, at our own expense.
