We believe clear communication and involvement with local residents is key to the success of our construction projects.

We employ our own Resident Liaison Officers whose job it is to communicate with local residents to ensure everything runs smoothly during the construction process. Our Resident Liaison Officers are based on site and are always on hand to resolve any issues or plan ahead with the residents.

Making sure that our residents are aware of what’s going on around them, and also being visible to answer any queries are high priority. We understand that construction work can sometimes be inconvenient  and seem intrusive. It’s our aim to minimise this as much as possible by keeping everyone informed of what’s happening.
