At Southdale, we focus on building affordable housing, regenerating local communities and managing the construction process in the most efficient, organised and transparent way possible.
We are experienced and understand the drivers in delivering new build homes through variety of tenures including social and affordable rent, intermediate rent, market rent, shared ownership and private sale.
Since the business was formed in 1988, we have built more than 4,000 homes and regenerated over 35 communities across the country.
